Covering (for the most part) the recent interview that Rod Nakamoto gave to Gamespot, with my own thoughts on whether Star Trek Online is likely to be any competitor to Stargate Worlds, locations I would love to visit in-game, thoughts about the cost of the game subscription (and whether a “lifetime subscription” model makes any sense) and of course, thoughts surrounding the beta of the game.

Also on the front page when you click on the play button, the podcast only plays till like minute 14. Just thought I’d let you know.
Should be fixed - I told the podcasting engine to use its older player and that seems to be fine.
don’t think you have to worry about STO being any competition to SGW any longer, or at least not for a while it looks like…

granted this is all not “official” yet, but with all the nonsense surrounding perpetual its wouldnt be surprising at all.

Never thought of the lifetime subscription to an MMO like that. Good episode, as always!
